Loosely translating random poses to fit into a short scene. It's funny how slight changes in detail, changes the attitude of the character and sets an entirely different mood.
The dragon's reactions is what triggers the attitude / mood in our character.
The way I read into it is that she is angry because she has had a very long day, and nothing seems to be going her way lately, the sword breaking is definitely not something that tends to happen. She gets frustrated and the dragon begins to sympathize as she begins to talk about her day.
